I had applied to Nielsen through LinkedIn. After a few days, I got a call saying that my First round of discussion was scheduled. For the first round, I was in discussion with my direct manager and he asked me super easy questions. It started with Tell me about your role and project, then he went on to ask situational questions. How I would tackle some situations given by him. Then he said someone would get back soon. Later the second round was scheduled and I was speaking with 2 people this was kind of a managerial as well as team/company fit discussion. Again, simple situational questions. He asked me if I knew about cookies my interests and how I deal with stress. They also asked if I was inclined to work with the Clients daily or if I wanted to work more on the automation and testing side.
A few days later HR called for a salary discussion, and I received the offer 2 - 3 days post the discussion. You have to accept the offer and that's it wait for your joining.
