    The people are great to work with; flexible culture and work-life balance is top-notch. Chance to work with some bright-minded individuals.

    Cons

    The moment you walk into the office, you are taken back to the 1970s. No joke. The office is dated and that is reflective of the company. The staff have been reduced time and time again. Retention is a huge and ongoing issue as they do not invest in the right people. Lack of leadership and politics prevent the company from being at its best. Figure out retention, invest in the right people and quit patting yourself on the back

    Flexible working hours and causal clothing

    Cons

    No training for new starters. There used to be a amazing training program, it's all online and very weak. Horrible physical conditions in the office. Very old. very outdated and even no cafeteria. All budget focused and no client/employee or business fundamentals are priority. No support and no room to personal development. Very weak managers, less good leaders.

    slow moving company with super outdated office not much opportunity for senior level positions too many long time Nielsen employees still there, need to hire more people from the industry
