Interview
Had me take an initial competency test that required me to video record myself answering questions and then write out answers to vague hypotheticals. This was followed by a series of hiring manager interviews

Question 1
How would you improve this process shown on the flow chart?
A recruiter started with a quick phone chat to get to know ,e better. Asked about my background, experience, and why I'm interested in the role. Got a few behavioral questions to see if my values aligned with Nielsen’s culture.
An interview followed by an in person case study. The process was fairly straight forward but the case is not easy if you are not an analytical person to begin with.

It very easy. Basic question are asked. They ask what did I work as in previous company and how I can contribute to current role. Ask why I want to join the company.
