Ver brief, Interviewed for a part time position. Felt interviewer had little experience in the position. Wasn't hired due to the fact I used to work there. A lot has changed since I was there 18 years ago. Process is lot more difficult I feel.

Structured Interview process. Very pompt hiring process. Received a call for an interview one day after submitting online application online. Next day interview scheduled. Did all the training the same day. Walked out with an offer on hand
