Division - CPG, Custom Analytics in Wilton, CT.
Applied through the site, initial phone interview with HR, second phone interview with someone from Wilton, had to go to a Nielsen facility to take a written test simple, about 2 hours long regarding general business, average math, and marketing questions with a written essay piece). Invited to on-site interview with 3 people of senior standing and lunch with someone of similar standing to position in question.
Offer made three days later.

Interview process is smooth. Level of the interview is also average. They are looking if you have experience that aligns with the role. The interviewers are generally cool people. The best you can do to prepare is better confident and calm.

First Aptitude round after screening. two round process of technical interview and 1 HR... on-boarding was smooth and WFH was there. The entire process took almost two weeks. they do not negotiate with notice period much
Recruiter reached out via email to schedule interview. Had 2 separate 30-minute interviews on the same day, one with the hiring manager which was focused on experience and if the role was a good fit, and one behavioral interview with the senior director.
