Technical interviews are, in brief, very technical. Interviews test breadth and depth of candidate's knowledge. Interview style is interactive and will include whiteboard programming exercises, puzzles, architecture, design patterns, and fundamentals. Lateral candidates are expected to demonstrate technical proficiency in areas sought by the position. Leadership/Teamwork and ability to navigate a fast-paced and challenging environment is also explored in the interviews.
