Very approachable in the interviews, the hiring team was very knowledgable about the role and expectations of the candidate they were seeking, consisted of several steps that lead to online interviews with entire hiring team for cohesion and workability

Il processo di selezione in Microsoft è stato estremamente cordiale e professionale. Il team di recruiting si è dimostrato molto disponibile e attento, creando un ambiente sereno e accogliente che mi ha permesso di esprimermi liberamente e senza pressioni. Le domande del colloquio erano ben strutturate e mirate a valutare competenze gestionali in contesti critici, come la gestione di War Room e situazioni di emergenza. Interview
Just 1 interview and it was not a technical. The interviwer was logic person, positive, I dont know why I didnt get the job but I answer everything. Another Lady was asking simple question about what is project, what is SLA, how is cabling etc.
