Health benefits, including the mental health assistance. The worst is as most North American companies - vacation. You max at 25 days and everyone starts with 15. You get 5 more days every 5 years - used to be 8 years until recently.

Company's compensation package is not the best even in a market like Vancouver. Amazon and some startups have more attractive packages.

In Canada, we get great benefits like 75% off drug prescriptions, $200 every 2 years for vision, 100% for massages and chiropractors, and 50-75% for dental coverage.

Vacation allotment is low compared o other companies, 3 weeks max until you reach 20 years with the company. No historical industry experience is recognized and is not negotiable .
