Very competitive benefits with generous paternity leave option. Employee stock purchase program and RRSP matching make saving easy!

Microsoft is very good at providing excellent benefits to its employees. We have dental and medical coverage. A number of other fitness benefits with additional supportive programs as well. We also have stock and RRSP programs which are excellent. Microsoft is a very caring and understanding employer whom provides all the supports a person would ever need. Microsoft is committed to being inclusive and providing a support environment for diversity. I could not be happier with the supports and benefits this company has afforded me.

The health care package is pretty fair for the industry. However, many benefits are USA focused vs. available worldwide.
