My very bad experience in the intreviews started when i had a two on-line intreviews. One in coding, i was nervous and had difficulties to answer(coding an iterator), but next was in design and went very well(design a calculator). Yet i got a decline. Later they call me again for different position, i passed the phone intreview and they sent me codility exam. I did all 3 questions almost succesfully in 90 min. But with no explanation, i was declined again. Microsoft intreview process is so frustrating. I am very dissapointed. I really recommend to consider if you want to move such frustrating process.
