Microsoft Engineering In Test Lead II interview questions

i got a phone interview from a HR consultant. After one weeks, a QA expert interview me through phone using english. Questions focus on MTP, Perforcemance testing, Load testing and some backgroud checking. I passed this interview, Micosroft invite me to attend a face to face interview. I was inteviewed by a Development Lead. Questions includes algorithm, performence testing, what everday's duty, etc.
