Simple Online Application followed instantly by Online Tests (which were simple customer service based options) and then an in-person interview in store. Was interviewed by a new manager who had a form in front of him. I obviously had to say certain key words to pass each question, which I didn't do (e.g. mention Click & Collect when they ask you about technology). It was for a temporary position for 6 weeks and I didn't pass the interview, even though I had over 10 years experience in Retail. Less form / checklist and more engagement with the person sitting in front of you, please!

Very chilled out interview with a few questions about simple stuff like what you would do in a confrontational event. Really nice interviewer, felt more like a chat than an interview.

What would you do if a member of the public was being confrontational?
Very easy, some experience questions and situational judgement questions. The managers are all really nice, welcoming and friendly. All you need to be confident. polite and prepare for some situational judgement questions.

Interview went very well was only asked three questions. Interviewer was really kind overall went well haven't heard back yet but heard some people receive offers after a week or so.
