I had a relaxed interview. The interviewer asked a few customer service related questions which were quite easy. He then enquired about my shift timings and my previous experience. The interviewer had a relaxed approach.

The actual interview was quick and efficient. The deciding manager was absent that day but another manager took lead instead. Though staff were confused that there were interviews going on and took some time to meet the interviewer.

Very relaxed. No formal interview questions which I’m not sure is a good thing. Might’ve been better to have more of a structure so we covered relevant experience and background.
