There was a Situational Judgement Test style assessment, that assess your personality and reaction to colleagues and customers. A thorough introduction is given, if read properly the answers are alluded to in the examples.
An interactive role play between the candidate and the recruitment staff as well as a strengths interview with a line manager.

Interview
I was given a small catalogue of furniture that was for sale in the store & asked to memorise as much of the information as possible in 10 minutes. The interviewer then pretended to be an customer, unsatisfied that a particular sofa was out of stock and I attempted to interest them in purchasing another sofa.
