Interview
Calm, interviewer and manager, 1 to 1 with manager, asked questions revolving around the 4is - integrity, innovation, inspiration and in touch, and then had a roleplay with the interviewer, you are being scored at both stages, i was then told i'd be called if i had got the job, luckily both the interviewer and manager were lovely! May be more difficult if you give off the wrong first impression, make sure to stand during the roleplay, and be kind, understanding and ask them questions.

Very chilled out interview with a few questions about simple stuff like what you would do in a confrontational event. Really nice interviewer, felt more like a chat than an interview.

What would you do if a member of the public was being confrontational?
Very easy, some experience questions and situational judgement questions. The managers are all really nice, welcoming and friendly. All you need to be confident. polite and prepare for some situational judgement questions.

Interview went very well was only asked three questions. Interviewer was really kind overall went well haven't heard back yet but heard some people receive offers after a week or so.
