Interview
The interview basically consists of role play whereby you would be put in a tacky situation where the customer is furious on you as may be they ordered something which hasn't arrive and you dont have any managerial guidance. How would you tackle the situation.
Very easy, some experience questions and situational judgement questions. The managers are all really nice, welcoming and friendly. All you need to be confident. polite and prepare for some situational judgement questions.

Interview went very well was only asked three questions. Interviewer was really kind overall went well haven't heard back yet but heard some people receive offers after a week or so.
Applied online, did the assessment and got offered an interview shortly after for the following week. I arrived 10 minutes early to look around as directed in the interview offer email.
