Interview
Thorough interview process which involves three rounds.
1. Interview with immediate supervisor. It was a casual interview with the department head and CEO to get to know each other. Nothing too serious or technical. Just talked about my CV and getting to know the supervisors.
2. Psychometric and case study test. The case study involved doing an investment analysis for two companies.
3. Interview with regional office for their approval.
Took about three weeks for the whole process.

To analyse the investment prospects of two companies. I had to write a short report in an hour on their investment merits.
3 rounds of interview
1. HR round
2. Hiring manager
3. Additional managerial round
No questions asked about the domain.
Interviewers did not ask anything related to finance or insurance

Mostly behavioral interview questions about the workplace management and questions related to team collaboration
Typical interview process in the beginning, however towards the end, had to find own way to get to Boston, find own parking, 4 hr interview with a week timeline to do a research report and they wanted more after the actual interview.
Two rounnd of interview, both are virtual and they ask for perferred timeslot for both in one email. First round with team head, second round with hr. Very general quetion, nothing special.
