Although it was advertised as a management trainee role, during the interview it became clear from the interviewer’s comments that it was actually a job selling insurance. The interviewer was very arrogant and seemed to look down on students without a business background.

Was contacted for a phone screening after applying online, basically asking about my authorization to work, ability to speak the language, etc.
Had an interview set up, but it was cancelled on the day of. Overall the recruiter was pretty polite and was responsive, but this is a pretty bad practice.

You need to pass the CV round, then in round 2 you will be tested on your ability including IQ, T/F/NG, reading. Round 3 will be a direct interview with HR, director, 1 person from last year's program. Everyone is very comfortable and friendly. Wish you a successful interview
