The recruitment process took months. I passed the final round only to be told that budget was an issue. Weeks later I got the confirmation that the budget was not being released.
I'm used to budgets being cleared first, before posts are advertized to avoid wasting everyone's time. This experience reflects poorly on the organization.

Essentially, it's a scam to make sales, there is deliberate suppression of students, and you are constantly exhorted to become a salesman in order to have a high tech decent life.

The interview process is smooth, it took about 30 minutes. First, they asked something about the background information, then I introduced myself in 2 minutes in English. also I interviewed with 3 different departments.
starts with a cv application, than an interview. or though a network you can easuly get an interview.
than they send an email with the result. next you meet the manager, which will make the final decision
