The interview process was very straightforward and professional. Questions were clear and easy to understand, with no unnecessary pressure. The interviewer was polite, respectful, and focused on relevant topics, making the overall experience smooth and comfortable.
This is a phone interview, around 15 minutes long, to validate my interest and availability for different shifts, questions are quite easy, about my previous experience in call center, customer service attitudes, basic knowledge about finances and things like that.

Good flow and kind interviewer.. Interviewee won't feel nervous. You'll surely pass if you focus on and understand the main question. Interviewer will also help you to answer questions if they feel you're having difficulty answering the questions.
