Phone screen, management call, on-site. I was supposed to do a presentation but never got an email with the details, the recruiter didn't even mention it the day before. Then when I found out about it on the day, they said that it won't matter. Upon being called about the rejection, the recruiter said things may have been different had I have done a presentation.
