Highly organized recruitment process. All steps are clearly laid out and information passed on in a timely manner. I was informed prior as to whom I'd be interviewing with which helped prepare for the interview

They ask you to role play on the spot with a given scenario
it was a phone interview from hr and asked lots of questions regarding your resume. lasted around 20 minutes. then the second interview with customer service team lead, which included some customer service skill questions.

Transparent but positive image of company. I appreciated the amount of information provided during the interview as I was interviewing them as a company as well as the role on whether it was well suited to me as well.
