I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Fairfax, VA) in Feb 2015
Interview
This was a phone interview; they emailed first requesting time and day. I was unprepared for this interview thinking I could do it without preparation so I learned a lesson from this interview which cost me the job or second, face to face interview. Overall these interviews at this company are looking for one or two things and if you do not seem to have this one thing (even though you have the 50 other things and 15 years experience) they start getting negative. Had two interviews with this company and both were negative.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why do you want to work here; describe yourself, describe your experience. Did you have experience scheduling calendars, working for one person specifically? Describe conflict with coworker and how you handled it. Describe how you handled a stressful situation
The interview process was pretty standard. It was a panel interview. They gave an overview of the position and looked over my resume. It has been a few weeks since I interviewed and I haven't heard back. It also took awhile for the recruiter to contact me to set up the interview after they had already reached out to me.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2017
Interview
Phone interview that took an hour. Got a call 4 days later to be called for a panel interview. The whole process would take a month. It's a long process.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente (Oakland, CA) in Aug 2016
Interview
The recruiter reached out to me to tell me about the position and arranged a phone interview. I first had a phone interview with the VP/Deputy Controller (not the usual) and then a face to face interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The was the most informal interview I've had at KP. It was more like a conversation; I discussed my work background and what I was looking for in the position. The interviewer told me about the job and what he was looking for.
