Very easy and straightforward. Hiring staff was clear and concise. You interview with 2-4 staff members to avoid multiple interviews. Arrive on time and make sure to ask questions. They want to see that you’re interested in learning more about the position you’re applying for
- What is your 5 year plan?

What to expect in interview. Ive heard its about an hour interview but i want to see if any people here that had an interview with them. Im very nervous but I really want to have this job.
- What do i expect for this position?
So I’ve received two job offers from Kaiser Permanente (remote) and Hot Topic (hybrid) as a Contract Senior Accountant via a staffing agency. Kaiser is paying me $4/hr higher than the Hot Topic position but I’ve asked them to increase the pay and let me know. I’m waiting to hear back. Regardless of the rate, which company should I go for? They’re both 5 month contract positions and I enjoy contract because I get to gain different experience and add more skill sets to my resume. Please help!
Also, what should I look for when I do my research as a contractor/independent worker?

Have a short meeting with pharmacy manager, and ask some about your experience and give you a tour around the pharmacy. Ask your goal in next three years and can you do evening shift.

Interview was not what was expected in the slightest. Panel members continuously harped on topics such as plumbing and welding when this was advertised as a plant operator position. There were two positions on Kaiser's website: "Operating Eningeer- Plant" and "Operating Engineer - Facilities", and I applied to the former. This may have been a mistake on HR's part, but the panel expected me to be experienced in every single trade when I expected to be interviewed for plant operations and maintenance. For the pay that was being offered, there was an unrealistically high level of knowledge they wanted across all trades.
- Q: Are you skilled at using a drain auger? Q: How much welding and brazing have you done? Q: How much experience do you have taking apart pumps? Q: How much carpentry, painting, and drywall experience do you have? Q: What are the ratings of the equipment at the facility you currently work at? Q: Are you okay working with various foreign matter that patients have tried to flush down the drains?

Group interview on Microsoft Teams for about 45 minutes. Interviewer randomly selected which person would answer in order for each question. After about 3-4 questions, it was more of a presentation about volunteering at Kaiser and the hospital locations and departments that have openings.
- Tell me about yourself. What do you hope to see as a volunteer/why do you want to volunteer?
- Tell me about a time you had to follow a policy you didn't agree with
- Tell me about a time you were able to calm someone down
