you apply online, take an assessment test and skill test, You then are offered 1 interview with a panel and then possibly offered a 1 on 1 or 2 on 1 interview.

Online assesment...waiting...recruitment will call to ask questions why you want job...waiting... face to face panel...some come back for second panel i have heard but I did not. Took about 2 - 3 months from application to job offer. Alot of waiting kaiser just takes a long time prepare for that. Also, be aware that they tend to hire people who are temps at the service center rather then freshly brand new external candidates so try to prove your strengths and ability to learn quickly.
