I was contacted by an external consulting firm and scheduled for an internal round of interviews, which lasted about an hour. I was later informed that I had successfully cleared that round, and they mentioned scheduling a second one. However, weeks passed without any communication. Eventually, they informed me that the second round would also be outsourced to another firm. I went through that process, but unfortunately, the interviewer behaved in a highly unprofessional manner. I raised this concern with the point of contact, who assured me they would look into it. Shortly afterward, I received an email stating that I had not been shortlisted. Since then, I have tried reaching out to the HR team for clarification, but I have not received any response to date.
