I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kainos in Jan 2022
Interview
2 stage interview, first was a general questions about myself, what I've done previously and if they catch with the JD, what I know about the company if I would fit in with their company culture. Nothing strenuous and pretty standard.
The 2nd stage was a walk of my portfolio for 20mins followed by Q&A session after, I answered all of their questions and more. But they didn't have the time to answer any of my questions.
They were only focused on agile methodologies with development once a project has been delivered to stakeholders. I wouldn't have the luxury of conducting UX research to find out problems, I'm guessing they would provide me with the problems and I would need to ideate accordingly.
