Smooth interview process, friendly team, very markets focussed process (want to make sure you're staying up-to-date on the news and have an opinion on what is going on). The Superday was via Zoom, 30-minute one-on-one conversations with members of the team. There was also a final 15-minute interview with the head of investments.

I first had a phone screening with an associate in the bank, this was very personable and felt like a normal networking call. About 4 weeks later I was reached back out to with a formal superday invite. This consisted of 3, 25 minute interviews.
