Interview
Only one round (phone interview, competency based). You first need to apply online, with a cover letter and CV between august and november. I received a call in December from HR of the London office and had an interview in January. The interview was on the phone with an analyst, competency based, no technical questions.
HireVue process where they give you 30 seconds to think about an answer and then you have 2 minutes to say your response. You have 2 tries to pass record the video but once you opt for the second try you loose your first recording.

After the scanning, they sent me an email to pass the interview on HireVue. When I go on it, there are 3 questions with 30 seconds to prepare and 90 seconds to speak; we got 1 second chance for each one.
