Interview
Presentation by recruiters on the job profile followed by a background check on past academic performance. This constituted the first shortlist of candidates after which there was an online Aptitude test. After shortlisting in this round, the next day we were given a case study to read for half an hour which formed the basis of the group discussion. Finally, after being shortlisted here we reached the 1:1 interview round and got selected.

Which Line of Business do you want to be in the future and why?
It was easy just basic hirevue behavioral questions. I then had a technical and then got the job offer. Just studied behavioral questions with my past work. I would make sure to be ready to answer questions and prepare quickly for the hirevue.

The process began with an online application, followed by an invitation to complete an on-demand video interview (HireVue). The HireVue consisted of behavioral and situational questions focused on problem-solving, communication, and alignment with the role. The instructions were clear, and candidates were given time to prepare responses before recording. Further steps were communicated after completion of the video interview.
