Applied online and was contacted to set up two short phone interviews. Very typical interview that focused on your experience and on company history. Depending on your location, these meetings may be in person. Less than a week later, I received an offer. Extremely easy process that was very straight forward.

How do you keep up with what is happening in the financial industry and can you give me an example something that happened recently.
It was easy just basic hirevue behavioral questions. I then had a technical and then got the job offer. Just studied behavioral questions with my past work. I would make sure to be ready to answer questions and prepare quickly for the hirevue.

Interview
The process began with an online application, followed by an invitation to complete an on-demand video interview (HireVue). The HireVue consisted of behavioral and situational questions focused on problem-solving, communication, and alignment with the role. The instructions were clear, and candidates were given time to prepare responses before recording. Further steps were communicated after completion of the video interview.

One hirevue and then final round talking to 2 individuals then they will call you if you get an offer and then monthly emails to check give any information it was really helpful and I learned a lot
