A recruiter scheduled interviews for me and the hiring managers. The first one was a phone interview and it was good. The second one was a video interview and I didn’t receive any feedback.

They wanted to hire me as a contractor, and I said no several times since I already had a full time job. Finally they agreed a year later to interview me as a full time employee, not as a contractor. Interview was pretty laid back and easy going for the most part, although they did apply a little pressure during the skills review.
