I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Intuit (Mountain View, CA) in Aug 2010
Interview
This is one of the worst experiences I have had. The middle managers are so self-centered that I felt like they wasted my time and energy. I received three other offers from their competitors, and I told them that I was going to drop them and go with other companies. They were disorganized, young, and seemed inexperienced to me. They offer products that compete with each other and are just trying to figure out what to do with that. Their market cap is relatively small compared to other tech companies, selling products that were relatively cheap.

What would you do given the problem they're facing
Applied through a jobs portal after which I first had an initial HR screening interview after which I had a second HR behavioral interview. Ultimately got a rejection a few weeks later
Great interview process and the hr team was great. It felt like there was a lot of attention placed on the person and the skills. The recruiter was also thoughtful and helped me through the process.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Intuit
Interview
I had the pleasure of interviewing for a marketing role with Intuit last year, and I must say that the interview process was great. From the initial screening call to the final round of interviews, the team was very professional and organised. Overall, it's a great experience.
