I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Intuit (Bengaluru) in Sep 2021
Interview
The First Stage: A screening interview - general questions around overall "How things work", from the Load balancer to Database. An entire backend application stack.
The Second stage:
* Building an Application like Snake and Ladder for 4-5 days and then presenting it to a wider audience. 4-5 employees grilling your solution that you have written for 1 hour. Till now it went well and was able to explain it.
They had told that in the second stage, they will predominantly concentrate on the application you built, but then surprise, they asked me a leetcode hard problem: "Least Frequently Used Cache"
It's really pathetic to actually ask someone to work on an application and then also ask them hard algorithm questions that are like your College level questions!
Then next two rounds of interview were a medium leetcode and a managerial. The managerial round was very small, considering I was not able to answer the LFU Cache answer.
After the initial round of coding, I didn't hear back from the recruiter. I followed up with her a couple of times but she didn't even bother replying to my emails. So don't waste your time with them. And the actual interview went well.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Intuit in Mar 2026
Interview
First a basic coding panel. Very easy
Then an all day interview:
1. 90 minute "craft interview" with code you need to develop in front of 5 people.
2. Individual coding segment on "design"
3. Interview with hiring manager on your work
Interview questions [3]
Question 1
Make the tinyllama model give a nickname based on a player from a spring based table. You are given the code before to implement this and the spring project. You will need to implement the new api and the code to do this.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Intuit in Mar 2026
Interview
Take home and then three technical interviews. Requested that I prepare a project presentation for the interview. Technical covered coding and architecture. Company seems very compartmentalized. Very slow getting a response, slow process overall. Seems like fairly outdated deployment processes.
