You contribute to a video/taped interview session in which other managers &/or leads review your answers and grade your performance. You also had to pass an on-line tax exam with some proficiency. Maybe 11/16 correct ?

Don't recall, as it was two years ago. Had to take a tax multiple choice test and score ~60% or greater.
