I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Intuit in Feb 2018
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter for an interview and the recruiter had to reschedule our call, at the very last minute. When I called in for the meeting, the recruiter immediately said we needed to reschedule because something urgent came up.
Had the second phone call with the hiring manager and it was a video call, the manager kept looking away from the screen and typing. She was responding to instant messages and wasn't listening. Asked same questions twice and indicated she was extremely busy and was sorry for not listening. Said she would get back to me with follow up. I never heard anything.
A few weeks later the recruiter contacted me and said the hiring manager wanted to talk to me again. I rearranged my schedule to meet with the hiring manager again. When we got on the phone, she said that she wasn't supposed to meet with me and the recruiter scheduled the wrong phone call.
Recruiter contacted me to say she would schedule another call with the hiring manager and I never got a response.
Also, these were video calls and these folks work from home. When I was talking with the recruiter, a family member was walking around in the background (unprofessional). The hiring manager had some noisy kids in the background (again unprofessional). I would never want to work with these people and the interview was so disorganized. These people acted like they were so much better than everyone else and the company was so great and I was "so lucky" to be treated like dirt and given the chance to talk with them. Go to he** intuit.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
No questions of substance - what do you currently do? What do you see yourself doing in your next role.... empty, basic questions and what's the point, they were not listening anyway.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Intuit (Ohio City, OH) in May 2023
Interview
The interview process took some time, but in the end was well worth it. I did not get the job but in my experience it was well worth the effort and time to endure the interview
I applied through university. I interviewed at Intuit (Pune) in Sep 2019
Interview
The interview process was carried out really smoothly. The interviewers were really warm and welcoming and made me at ease before starting with the interview. The interview process was basically divided into 2 parts - the first part mainly involved questions pertaining to a case study which had to be solved. The second part involved questions which would assess the fit of the candidate at Intuit.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Mention one instance in your personal/professional life wherein you have had to adapt to changes rapidly.
Phone screen with very engaging recruiter, in-person panel interview.
Panel interview was the worst experience I have had in my 25+ year career. VP and Director were rude and disrespectful throughout interview. I withdrew from process as I would never want to work for this company or the condescending leaders that I met with. I hope that no other candidate has the same experience.
