Process was very fast and pleasant, without any surprises. A recruiter from InVision contacted me about a possible role in late 2015; at the time I wasn't able to proceed despite being really interested, so I was happy when I saw that they were hiring again this spring. After I reconnected with the initial recruiter, I spoke with the head of recruiting and recruiting coordinator, along with the COO and CTO - all within about 7-8 days. Interviews were either phone or video, and all were about 30 minutes. Everyone was incredibly friendly and informative. Couldn't have had a better experience throughout such a fast process.
