Once you speak with the recruiter about your qualifications, during the phone call the recruiter will ask basic questions regarding to Cisco. Network Administrator Interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ITT Systems in Nov 2009

      Interview

The first thing I did was found the job offered online at an overseas job posting. From there I posted my resume and waited. It was about 3 to 4 weeks before I heard from a recruiter. The first recruiter was really nice and gave me a heads up that he would want to perform a quick interview in a week. He asked for any updates to my resume, then called me in a week. He asked me some basic LAN switching questions, and OSI layer questions, but that was it. He then stated that he was looking to hire for any IT related ITT Systems overseas jobs in Iraq, Afghanistan, and other countries. He stated he would call me back in a week with some prospects. He called me back in a few days with a couple of options, so I took the quickest to hire, and he setup an interview with someone overseas. I interviewed with a Sr. Network Administrator who asked some LAN switching questions, and basic networking questions. I then interviewed him regarding the job, which he spoke highly of. The next day a different recruiter called me and stated she would like to make me an offer of employment. I reviewed the offer, made a list of questions, and once answered accepted the preliminary offer. I then started the process of getting a physical, medical screenings, background checks, paperwork, paperwork, and more paperwork. A month later (almost) I passed all my tests and she extended a full offer, which I accepted. She told me when I could resign from my current job, and when I would leave for my new overseas position.
