      Interview

I had one interview with the final customer. I got a lot of "situation" questions instead technical ones. UNIX and Websphere were must. The process was pretty quick as well the process to accept an offer. The interview process was very short and they decided on me and notified about their decision in about 2 hours.

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at IBM (Costa Mesa, CA) in Nov 2012

      Interview

Phone interview, 1 on 1. The phone interview was more of a screening process to see if you would fit the qualifications. Not super technical, but that may vary by the manager interviewing you. The 1 on 1 was minimally stressful, but the hiring manager was a very nice guy and wasn't looking to tear you down.
