Interview
The interview process was about to share my experience and different roles during all the projects I participated during more that 25 years. In some of the projects I was in relationships with IBM employees that they used as a reference.

What do you know about Domain Driven Design?
What do you know about microservices?
What corebankings do you know about?
Were you involved in the design of development methodologist?
I received an email in order to complete an assessment. The assessment were behavioral questions and I had to send in an audio recording. It was one round, and I did recieve an email for more questions but no offer after that.

Interview
The process was fairly quick. They were looking for someone with previous strategy work experience. Positive process. Interviewed virtually in the US. First round was 2 45 minute interviews. Describe a time you solved a problem
Long but nice multiple stages. First interview then a presentation . It was interesting and eventful lots of great opportunities to meet people. Learned a lot from it. Practiced my presentation skills
