Misleading and did not actually cover what the job was. It was a phone interview with the manager of the department and two other members of management. It was not a difficult interview and did not take very long.

Online logical and math tests with approximately 20 questions, language proficiency test held by another employee, and face-to-face interview directly with manager. Normally 2-3 weeks between each step described above, if job spot still available. HR does not notify you if process has been postponed.
