I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at IBM (New York, NY) in Nov 2016
Interview
Received an invite to participate in Hirevue coding challenge. 7 questions 3 of them being coding challenges. String manipulation and binary parse trees. One machine learning question. Invited to the guru interview 2 weeks later. Jumped right into the technical questions, no behavioral questions. Was asked about locking, scheduling, bit manipulation, binary parse trees, virtual functions, and a couple of short and easy coding problems.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at IBM (Houston, TX) in Sep 2021
Interview
Applied on line through IBM's career website and received an invitation to take a coding assessment in the next 24 hours to be considered for the hiring process. Haven't gotten farther than that.
Got a coding assessment and had two weeks to complete it. Did not hear back after submission of coding assessment. Did not feel rushed in terms of time during the coding assessment.
I did two coding challenges. Both of them involved programming in Python and/or SQL, but I did not hear back after the second one.... Otherwise, it was fairly normal process, and I like the company alright.
