I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at IBM (Noida) in Jun 2012
Interview
I was an Off Campus Hire, Total selection process involved 1 GD, 3 Interviews. Total 4 rounds .
I will give round wise feedback - Please mark a point here in Walk In drive there were around 60 participants from IIM's, ISB and IIT . I was from IIT and college wise in lowest bracket.
1st round was GD round (which was a cake walk for me at least) . Love Marriage vs Arrange Marriage - just to screen out few people (as few freshers also attended the drive).
2nd Round was - Interview : It was take by a person above 1 post senior to me - again a normal pass through round all candidates were sent for 2nd round.
3rd Round - IT was taken by Senior Managing Consultant - Fully technical round , lasted for 60 mins on phone (con call Noida to Bangalore office). 75% people were rejected in this round
4th Round - Partner Round : It was more of a HR round (atleast I thought so) , questions like how u will treat your peers, why you want a job change (i was already campus selected for another firm), etc.
Overall result - Selected - Conversion rate (5/60) -- Only 5 people were given offer.
