Afterward, technical assessments were conducted, primarily focused on solving LeetCode-style coding problems. These questions tested analytical thinking, coding efficiency, and structured reasoning under time constraints. Throughout the process, both technical ability and soft skills were equally emphasized, ensuring candidates could not only solve problems effectively but also explain their approach clearly and demonstrate strong interpersonal qualities.
