Interview
About 200 people were called to SBG college after the online test conducted in our college. The students were from various colleges there. Once we reached there, we were told that consultant role involved technical as well as consultancy skills.
The first round was GD. We were given a case and we had to discuss. Every GD group had 8 people and 2-3 were selected for next round. The next round was a technical interview. The interviewer started asking random puzzles like "Why are manholes round?" and one about crossing the river. Then I was asked to write a program about implementation of linked list on paper.
The interviewers rejected 90% people from the first technical round itself and those who reached the next round were also rejected before proceeding to the HR round. I was present till the end of the process and from what I know, only two girls were selected out of 200 students that were called.

Interview
There will be 3 stages. Aptitude test, GD and Interviews(2). Aptitude will be mix of technical questions and English test. GD will be case study based. 2 interviews will be there. One for technical and logical reasoning based and another final interview for critical behavior testing. Be confident and answer normally. No need to panic and don't try to exaggerate on anything. Try to keep it simple.
