Good HSA plan, $500 per year for gym memberships, $500 per year you can expense on anything, and they have a 6% 401K Match.
Cons
There is a good amount of bureaucracy, but that should be expected at most companies this size/age.

Awesome corporate culture with excellent work life balance. Its a new company under the venerable Hitachi Group of companies so has all the benefits of an established enterprise and all the promise of a new start up.
Cons
Its a new company under the venerable Hitachi Group of companies and it is yet to be seen if it will fly or remain the same as the 3 previous companies that combined to form it. The potential exists for integration struggles but it is a high priority to Hitachi so should have all the chances to be successful.
Advice to Management
Look at this as a chance to be the disruptor not the disrupted and ensure we keep the best of the previous HDS, Pentaho and Insights Group attributes and remove some of the less than optimal processes and culture.

-Leadership focus on the short term but no real strategy to capture revenue other than hammering for numbers -Moral -Too many leadership hires from different industries that don't understand our core solutions and the need t sell run rate solutions -No strong account acquisition strategies -Lack of transparency -Management knows how to survive

-Why are you allowing this to happen, what is it that you aren't telling us? -Are we going to do something to turn this around or not,? -There is still time to do something "great" you simply need to communicate and demonstrate to the rest of us that are still here!

Pros
Genuinely nice people who are trying to make a difference, IoT potential with Hitachi.
Cons
Decisions are made in Japan without any understanding of market or global management cultures, executives play politics to keep their jobs, employees not rewarded, salaries are low compared to market. HR department is non-existent and unsupportive of advancement of current talent.
