Interview
It was a group interview with other candidates. Basic interview questions from different departments of securities and asset management. Explained the role quite well and was informative about the role.
The staff was very friendly and answered all the questions I had really well.

Question 1
How do you handle work when you are assigned much different work at the same time?
3x 30 minute interviews with competency, finance technical and case study followed by qna. Assessment centre had 4 of us total though interviews were 1 to 1. Tiring but a good experience
2 assessments. First assessment comprises of situational mcq questions and quantitative questions. Second assessment comprises of video interview questions where they give you a situation and ask how you would handle the situation
Virtual interview. 3x 30 minute interiews for VAC. Variety of interviewers at each stage. Commercial awareness is present in the interview, so make so sure you understand and know current events.
