Hi all! I've been invited to complete an online assessment as the first stage of the process at HSBC. Anyone knows what type of assessment it is? Is it just a psychometric test or something more related to the actual role I applied for? Any advice/insight is appreciated!
I’ve taken that assessment and it tests your logic, collaboration and it’s behavioral as well as organizational like how you prioritize, organize, etc. as far as i know it had nothing to do with the role i applied for

First you send your CV then you receive Online Test and finally you have Hirevue with fit questions and SJ. Every step is separated by couple of days if you are selected

Hi, just wondering if anyone in this group has experienced the recruitment process at HSBC UK. How much time does it usually take for them to get back to you after the on demand interview round? Is the overall process generally slow moving or pretty efficient?
Very efficient in my experience. HSBC is really on top of things and will often streamline as much of the process as they can.

I think it depends on what role you want and how your experience applies. I am a GCB 5 and I don’t have a masters degree however, I brought 4 years of industry exp. in a relevant role. That being said, you’re qualified and I wish you all the best on your interview! Lmk if you have any questions
