The interview process was actually fun and very interactive. Not to mention that before it gives us a glimpse of how the work culture is, but we are also tested for our critical thinking skills and also how to make decisions. It was quite challenging compared to other interviews that I had, but then it is a chance for us to learn more

Interview
Stage 1 - immersive experience. Tested for numerical skills, SJT and intuitive skills. After this came the Job Simulation Assessment. I found stage 1 to be somewhat technical but I passed it and was invited to stage 2 which I’m now preparing to take in the next seven days.
Interesting mode of interview. There were couple of virtual immersion exercises which test how the candidate responds in potential real-life situations that may occur on a day to day basis.
