The phone call I presume is not run directly from HSBC but from some kind of external service

Very structured and enjoyable process.
Final round min 5/6 interviews technicals are very tough. Definitely aimed at candidates with prior finance experience as the technicals are tough. Hardest question involved currencies & hedging. Very tough when on the spot & sweating.
