it went well. They asked some general questions. I think they really value customer service and how well you can respond to an unexpected situation. Be sure to have some banking and finance knowledge as well in case they ask you some technical questions.
Pretty easy, only a round of VI, manager interview and that is it. About the manager interview is more about culture fit instead of technical questions. They want to see if you can fit in the team or not.

The outcome of video interview was confusing, firstly received invitation for later stage, then all of the sudden another email came through saying that I was rejected. Very disappointing, but this is indeed a great company though, will definitely try again this year.
